Could this possibly have been the future Miss MM? Or a little Marilyn Monroe wannabe? Goodness only knows, but I do know that when I was a little girl, I kept all the skin scraped off the tips of my toes, from my sidewalk pirouettes in bare feet! All that practice should have made for a perfect ballarina.
Oh, and we mustn't forget my skinless palms, knees, and stomach, which were the results of my flights off the highest porch I could find, aided by my trusty Super Man cape-type towel tied snugly around my neck!
Ah, if only that sheer ambition, determination, courage, and blind faith that I had in the innocence of my youth had lasted long enough, then maybe today I could do something besides the two-step, and I could board a plane to fly from one city to another without having a panic attack!

Kids today, I think they don't do the Superman cape thing too much any more. But I sure did.
