Prop 8..And This Is The Reality Of It

"They also teach respect for all human life and the Biblical sanctity of marriage as an institution between one man and one woman."

I think it was this statement that affected them like the old proverbial Vampire, Dracula, being confronted with a clove of garlic, or a Cross. The big difference is that they are not going to retreat, like the Vampire in the movies..their actions will be more like the villagers who pound the stake into the heart to assure that the dreaded enemy will no longer be able to rise again.

Does that sound crazy? Well, it is crazy, but it seems that sanity has flown right out the window..quicker than that old bat in the movies.

Read about it here, and keep telling yourselves that we have nothing to fear, but fear itself.

If you really believe that...

Hello Jan,
Thank you for this informative post. It's so sad to hear how much things have changed in this world through out the years. I love your new blog layout.
Have a wonderful afternoon,
Lydia

Yes, Jan, the new layout is great!

And the radical gay rights groups aren't going to give up. They are intense. I did read, though, that Prop 8 is taking effect in California, so the sore losers should abide by the results, as we are with Barack Hussein.

Lydia..you are welcome, and thank you.

Yes, things have changed, but we will all do our best to hang on to all that is right and good, won't we?

Jan said...

Donald..thanks.

Things aren't going to be easy, that's for sure, but perhaps you are right about the sore losers having to abide by the results..if we have to abide with what we are stuck with, then they should find it easy, comparatively.

I believe in that Old Testament bit about "an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" and if the sumbitches stormed and defiled my place of worship I damn sure get me an eye and a fist full of teeth...it is a shame that it looks like peaceful church goers are gonna have to start carrying on a Sunday morning. But I have an idea that these kind of bullies would run if someone pulled a 9mm and popped a couple of caps into the ceiling!

You'd probably be amazed at how many people carry in Church, especially in a place like AZ.

Shooting the ceiling would be right out though. That's more likely to get you charged with reckless endangerment than them getting charged with anything. Then again the "bouncers" and off-duty police in my church would make quick work of any disruptions.

DC..you know things have gotten bad, when you have to be armed in your church.

Who knows just how far this is going to go?

Well, I think you, of all people, have a pretty good idea.

These are the same people who march in the anti-war protests saying they are against violence. That's what really scares me..they are violence prone and conscience free..

She..you're right.

"violence prone and conscience free.."

Which can spell nothing but trouble with a capital "T"..
