Are We Ready For This?

Today, as I look outside, it is dark, and overcast, but it is nothing compared to what is happening in our country.

Take for instance, the fact that an honest, respected journalist, Barbara West, of WFTV-Channel 9, in Orlando, asked an honest question to Senator Obama's running mate, Joe Biden, and now all interviews with anyone to do with Obama are now canceled including an upcoming one with Mrs. Jill Biden.

Obama's campaign issued this statement:

"This cancellation is non-negotiable, and further opportunities for your station to interview with this campaign are unlikely, at best for the duration of the remaining days until the election,"

So, I guess we have to be very careful about what is said about Senator Obama, and heaven forbid that anyone should ask a question of utmost importance to the voters, and citizens, of our country. It looks, pretty much, like our freedom of speech is headed right down the drain.

There's something else that we need to be concerned about though, and that is the fact that although it is "verboten" to speak out against him, he, and his campaign, seem to think it is perfectly okay to brainwash our children, and grandchildren, into going after votes for him, and he even gives them pretty detailed instructions for doing it, too.

It's getting pretty scary, folks.

Make it three! I still say IF he wins because I'm the prennial optimist... I plan to wear black and over indulge in the blackberry wine. Seriously, pray and have faith in the American people ..who knows...:)

She..I was thinking about the same thing..hanging a black banner across all blogs..the way they used to hang black scarves over mirrors in households in mourning.

Really something to look forward to..election day, huh? :(
