Strength and honor are her clothing; she shall rejoice in time to come. She opens her mouth with wisdom, and on her tongue is the law of kindness. She watches over the ways of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: “ Many daughters have done well, but you excel them all.” Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the LORD, she shall be praised.
Proverbs 31:10-25
That was the Aunt Polly I knew, and will always love.

I'm so sorry to hear that Aunt Polly has moved on. While I wish her Godspeed on her journey to her heavenly reward, I know that the light in your family is a little dimmer because she is gone. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Peace & Love to you always ~
Oh my. I'm sorry Jan.
Bless you, Jan. I know your Aunt Polly will be missed...
Are you going down there?
Godspeed to Aunt Polly.
And wonderful for you that you recognized her from within.
"The golden moments in the stream of life rush past us and we see nothing but sand; the angels come to visit us, and we only know them when they are gone." ~George Elliot

Sue..thank you.
Yes, I miss her very much. I still think about calling her, and then remember I can't, anymore.
Jan, I'm so sorry. I didn't want to see this post.
I know she's at peace. But it's still more lonesome here for you without her.
I hate it when good people die.
